BIOGRAPHY

Hello! I’m Lale, a British-Turkish voiceover based in London. I started voiceover back in the early 2000s, and have since worked with many global brands in commercial, corporate, e-learning and radio as well as narration, audioguides, audiobooks and medical narration. Some clients include Amazon Audible, Secret Escapes, Sunday Times, Unilever, Deloitte, JP Morgan, Pearson, OUP, Turkish Airlines. I have a true love for language and a passion for delivering a clear, impactful and engaging performance. My voice has been described as ‘professional and engaging’, ‘warm and smooth’, and ‘fresh, friendly and relatable’ and clients have described me as ‘a joy to collaborate with’. I take great pride in building lasting relationships with my clients, as evident in the fact that I still voice regularly for my first ever client back in 2002! I am most passionate about connecting with audiences to tell stories that move, inform and create good in the world. I am a member of 1% For the Planet, which means that every time you work with me, I donate 1% of my revenue to social and environmental causes. Growing up in a cross-cultural environment and having had a long career in education until 202 (when I fully immersed myself in voiceover) have sharpened my ability to connect with diverse audiences and adapt to a variety of contexts—skills that I now bring to my voiceover work.
