Singing | Indian-Scottish Neil Balfour is a professional opera singer and graduate of Leeds College of Music, the Royal Northern College of Music and the National Opera Studio. A former Britten-Pears, Samling, Momentum and Concordia artist, he is the first opera singer to be booked by the Glastonbury Festival in the Astrolabe Tent and the first to beatbox in an opera at Longborough Festival Opera. |
Performance & Acting | Neil's operatic career has led him to perform internationally in large and prestigious theatres including the Millenium Centre and the Royal Opera House. He is extremely comfortable in front of thousands of people in and out of character. |
Piano | Neil studied piano to Grade 8 and BMus standard. He is endorsed by NORD (manufacturers of world-leading stage pianos) and has the ability to record, play and compose his own music on a brand new Feurich 123 Vienna - Acoustic Piano. |

All this enables an audio recording with an ultra-low noise floor, 32-bit converters and a 192 kHz sample rate. |
