Phil is an award winning voice actor from South Wales and has a warm and mellifluous Welsh accent for his natural voice. He enjoys most aspects of VO, and is particularly fond of dramatic work. He enjoys a nice, wide vocal range and is fascinated with the idea of conveying emotion through voice.
