I am a trained actor, singer and musician. I have worked in theatre for 25+ years and within the last few years started to explore the world of voice over. I am enjoying transferring my skills to behind the mic - I should've done it sooner!

SKILLS

Actor Having trained as an actor at Mountview Theatre School (London), I have worked for over 20years in the Theatre. This includes work in; West End, Regional (touring), Repertory theatre (Cut to the Chase Theatre Company), T.I.E (Theatre in Education) and Community Theatre. I have had the privilege to have played in many genres - comedy, shakespeare, Musical Theatre, Actor/Musician, Panto and Modern Drama.
Singer/Musician I trained in Music at Dartington College of Arts (Devon). Whilst there I studied Voice, Cello and Piano. I played in many orchestras and sung in many choirs. I am currently the founder conductor of the Ditcheat and Pylle Singers.
Voice Acting Voice acting is a fairly recent addition to my skills set. Being a singer has allowed me to explore a good range of pitch and tone within characters while being a trained actor has allowed me to search deep within those characters to find truth and authenticity.

TRAINING

Mountview Theatre School - London I trained for 3 years here in acting and musical theatre, graduating in 1994
Dartington College of Arts I studied music here, training in Voice, Cello and Piano. I graduated from the Foundation course in 1988. I continued training there for the following year before heading to London to train in acting.
Gravy for the Brain I began voiceover training 2 years ago. During this time, I have completed various courses, workshops and webinars arming me with the skills to record, edit and process my files to a good standard.
